Campbelltown Village Square will be surrounded by a diverse array of entertainment, dining, and boutique retail shops that will create a destination for residents and visitors. The layout was thoughtfully designed to showcase the historic buildings central to the village while retaining and rebuilding the agricultural character familiar to locals. On the northside, an open green space highlights the retail designs. It incorporates a placemaking destination that invites everyone, be they residents, shoppers, or passersby, to enjoy the property. On the southside, options were designed to anchor the square and highlight the incredible connection to the green park space that include outdoor spaces pouring into the park. The design aims to attract complementary local and regional small businesses instead of corporate and franchise type businesses.
